- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to operations.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for rig operations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on rig operations, including performance metrics, safety statistics, and financial summaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all rig activities.
- Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in rig operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
